Job summary

Lydian Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee safety, scope, schedule, cost, and quality across large solar and energy storage projects. You will interface with utilities, EPC contractors, and internal teams to drive delivery from development through commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in energy project management, strong cross-functional leadership, and proven ability to manage multi-site programs with complex budgets.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project management experience in the energy sector, with utility-scale solar or BESS preferred.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects from development through commissioning.
• Strong track record managing budgets, schedules, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development: estimate CAPEX/OPEX, manage schedules, budgets, and cashflow.
• Drive EPC procurement, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, utilities, and vendors; chair meetings and report progress.
• Direct site-based construction leadership and oversee handoffs to operations.
