Job summary

Entergy is seeking a senior project manager to lead delivery of utility-scale power generation and storage projects aligned with sustainability goals. The role focuses on safety, quality, and risk management while coordinating a cross-functional team across engineering, construction, and regulatory functions.

The candidate will oversee execution stages, develop project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Builds a strong project execution team to deliver power generation and storage projects safely and efficiently.
• Leads cross-functional teams; ensures work aligns with corporate standards and stage-gate processes.
• Maintains Project Execution Plan; manages scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepares status reports for management and communicates issues promptly to leadership.
• Supports regulatory interactions and contracting strategy to ensure safety, cost and schedule certainty.
