Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience minimum.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for one or more large, complex transmission, substation, or capital infrastructure projects and programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage execution through Stage Gate processes.
• Maintain disciplined project controls and executive-level communications.
• Mentor employees and drive continuous improvement across the program.
