Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain MGE-owned solar facilities and ensure asset reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, control, and software systems.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Coordinate outages, upgrades, and maintenance with internal teams and contractors.
• Review performance data to identify reliability risks and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring work quality, safety, and documentation.
