Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support client hiring managers in filling vacancies to target start dates, ensuring quality thresholds and KPIs are met. You will build relationships with hiring managers to identify direct-hire opportunities and guide resourcing best practices.

Ideal candidates bring Renewable Energy recruiting experience and are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive recruitment within Renewable Energy
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven ability to meet demanding targets and SLAs
• Strong interview skills focusing on behavior and competencies
• Experience presenting to clients and Hiring Managers

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment services in line with service levels
• Meet monthly and annual targets for new hires (NFI)
• Develop end-to-end recruitment campaigns for client needs
• Create sourcing strategies with hiring managers
• Mentor sourcing and admin teams on best practices
• Manage candidate relationships and the offer process
• Forecast placements based on demand and market trends
