The Senior PM will develop schedules, budgets, and safety plans, maintain strong client and vendor relationships, and drive competitive renewable delivery across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor project teams.
• Financial ownership mindset including budgeting and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, drive, and implement project goals as the project lead.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation.
• Lead renewable energy projects with focus on profitability and schedule performance.
• Manage change events and coordination with prime and subcontractor contracts.
• Assist with timely accounting duties and project reporting.
