Bring 7+ years of renewable energy experience, strong PM skills, and expertise in PVSyst and AutoCAD. Spanish fluency is essential, with knowledge of local markets and regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in renewable energy, with focus on project development and engineering.
• Proven experience with solar PV and wind energy technologies, including system design and installation oversight.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in design and simulation software such as PVSyst and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of renewable energy projects, including solar PV and wind systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations for new installations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and sales to optimize project performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated on the latest renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and project specifications.
