Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Rendering Engineer to join the Cyberpunk 2 team. You will develop rendering solutions and optimizations using Unreal Engine 5 to enable designers and artists to realize the game's vision.

You will collaborate with engineers and artists to push runtime fidelity across a large-scale open world, optimize CPU/GPU performance, and profile graphics to drive improvements. This role offers hybrid/remote work options and requires strong leadership in rendering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Proficient in C++ with graphics programming focus.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or similar engines.
• Strong knowledge of modern rendering techniques.
• Multithreaded programming experience and profiling.
• Familiar with low-level graphics APIs and debugging tools.
