Job summary

Campbell's in the United States is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations, reporting solutions, and security governance across the Workday ecosystem.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable data exchange, secure access management, and actionable reporting to support operations and strategic decisions. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration and support experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience administering Workday security and access controls.
• Strong Workday reporting and analytics experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules, including: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, and Workday APIs.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Identity Management, Learning, and ERP platforms.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate integration testing for Workday releases and business initiatives.
• Develop integration documentation, support procedures, and technical specifications.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize data interfaces.
• Ensure integration solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain reporting: Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Prism Analytics.
