Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Regional Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for administrative, program, and operations roles across the organization. The position is remote within the United States, with occasional travel for strategic partnerships and events.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR/psych/communication, have at least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, and possess 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent field
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• 1+ year of corporate level recruiting
• Experience facilitating behavioral-based interview questions
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment concepts and principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid driver's license with 3+ years driving in U.S.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Records check and criminal history screen
• Willingness to align with Bethany Statement of Faith and Mission

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-level and specialized roles across administrative, program, and operations
• Develop and drive strategy for corporate recruitment initiatives
• Train leaders on Talent Selection
• Supervise RTP I and provide coverage for RTP Manager as needed
• Provide project management assistance with Talent Leaders
• Actively recruit top talent through sourcing and outreach
• Partner with HQ leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Maintain talent pipelines for leadership and mission-critical roles
• Represent Bethany at events and job fairs to promote employer brand
• Travel as needed for strategic planning and partnerships
• Participate in cross-training, planning, and process improvement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
