Job summary

Motion is seeking a Senior Manager, Storeroom Solutions to drive a profitable Storeroom Solutions business in North America, focusing on manufacturing environments. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related experience in storeroom solutions or project management.
• Experience leading multi-location projects and client relationships.
• PM experience and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple storeroom projects across NA client engagements.
• Oversee project management, work assignments and service quality.
• Allocate resources and identify process improvements.
• Develop training and documentation; post-implementation reviews.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and Motion leadership.
• Define standard implementation processes and tools.
