Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ten or more years of related experience or equivalent
• Storeroom design and operations knowledge is essential
• Experience managing teams and customer relationships in complex projects
• Consulting experience in systems implementation and process reengineering is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees projects simultaneously, ensuring quality storeroom services delivered to Motion customers
• Allocates resources based on project demand and identifies process improvements
• Oversees Storeroom Assessments and develops training/documentation
• Manages post-implementation evaluation and continuous improvement
• Develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders and senior client contacts
• Manages large redesign projects with Motion leadership and defines standard implementation processes
