Motion seeks a Senior Manager, Storeroom Solutions to lead multiple storeroom projects across North America, focusing on manufacturing environments. You will oversee project management, resource allocation, and the quality of storeroom services for Motion customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience and strong leadership across locations. PMP certification is preferred; travel is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Experience leading multiple projects and teams across locations
• Experience in systems implementation and integration, process reengineering or related discipline
• Project management experience is necessary

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple storeroom projects across simultaneous engagements and ensure quality of services delivered to Motion customers
• Allocate resources based on project demand and identify process improvements
• Oversee Storeroom Assessments and develop training/documentation
• Manage post-implementation evaluation and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior Motion leadership on large redesign projects
• Develop additional storeroom services to increase revenue
• Define and implement standard implementation processes, tools, and systems
