Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead Salesforce-focused engagements for Canadian remote clients. You will manage client relationships from a delivery perspective across the portfolio and guide project teams to ensure seamless execution.

You will act as a thought leader, shaping architectures and coordinating with sales on scope, estimates, and staffing, with up to 25% travel for projects and events. Strong Salesforce and CCaaS knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years consulting with delivery ownership and leadership across iterative software development.
• 5+ years leading complex engagements of 15+ team members with solution strategy accountability.
• 5+ years experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce solutions across clouds.
• Deep expertise in Contact Center or Salesforce solution design (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, CCaaS).
• Proven pre-sales experience including discovery, mapping, scoping, estimation, and executive presenting.
• Hands-on end-to-end architecture design across delivery phases (requirements, blueprinting, integrations, go-live).
• Strong SDLC and governance knowledge enabling clear risk articulation and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Experience leading cross-functional solution teams (devs, architects, analysts, QA).
• Strong commercial acumen with SOWs, effort estimates, change orders, and sales support.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and manage customer relationships from a delivery perspective across the portfolio.
• Provide oversight on project teams to ensure successful delivery with direction and governance.
• Act as a thought leader, driving outcomes and identifying further transformation areas.
• Participate in sales cycles focusing on scope, estimates, staffing and account growth with Sales.
• Smoothly transition customers from sales to delivery, define roles for kickoff and onboarding.
• Collaborate with staffing teams to ensure proper project staffing and mitigate risks.
• Drive internal initiatives for solution delivery capabilities and reusable assets.
• Be an advocate for the brand and help growth and scale of NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture.
• Travel up to 25% for client projects and events.
