Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting with delivery leadership across software projects.
• 5+ years leading engagements with 15+ team members and accountable for strategy.
• Deep Salesforce solution design experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, and CCaaS ecosystems.
• Proven pre-sales experience including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation and presenting to executives.
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across requirements, blueprinting, UX, integrations, data models, QA, and go-live readiness.
• Strong SDLC governance and ability to communicate risks and roadmap tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships from a delivery perspective.
• Provide oversight on project teams to ensure successful delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as a thought leader to drive outcomes and transformation for customers.
• Participate in customer sales cycles with scope, estimates, staffing, and account growth planning.
• Smoothly transition customers from sales to delivery with SOWs and onboarding.
• Collaborate to staff projects and mitigate staffing risks across the team.
• Drive internal initiatives on solution delivery capabilities and reusable assets.
• Be a leading brand ambassador and help grow NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture.
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and events.
