Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the continued expansion of its enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability. This remote role will coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams to ensure delivery timelines and milestones stay on track.

You will maintain project plans, report status to leadership, manage risks and dependencies, and help teams align to planned objectives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across business and technology.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, risks, and issues.
• Experience coordinating across PM, Engineering, Data, Testing, and other teams.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for NBA expansion initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and target launch dates across NBA workstreams.
• Coordinate project activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams.
• Maintain visibility into implementation progress and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Consolidate delivery information from multiple teams into a cohesive view of overall project health and readiness.
• Identify and track cross-team dependencies and communicate potential impacts to delivery schedules.
• Escalate project risks, issues, and unresolved dependencies to appropriate Product Managers or leadership stakeholders.
• Maintain project management artifacts, including project plans, risk logs, dependency tracking, issue logs, decision records, and action-item tracking.
• Facilitate project meetings and follow-up activities to support cross-functional coordination and execution.
• Support launch readiness activities by helping teams identify and address outstanding dependencies, risks, and implementation needs.
