Dental Claim Support is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit. You will lead a team of Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers, working with the Senior Operations Manager to drive client satisfaction and service quality in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, workforce planning, and adherence to policies while developing performance goals and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership in team management.
• Experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery operations and revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of dental and medical cross-coding (CDT, CPT, ICD-10).
• Understanding of pre-authorizations, medical necessity documentation, and coordination of benefits between medical and dental payers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance of Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers.
• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to set goals and align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor metrics, provide feedback, and drive training for client service excellence.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with Insurance Billing Department on performance targets.
