Responsibilities

Provide technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik and Cisco routers/switches.
Monitor performance, resolve outages, ensure high availability.
Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot Fixed Wireless Access infrastructure.
Support PTP/PTMP wireless links and wireless platforms (Cambium, Ubiquiti/UniFi, Aviat, Siklu/Ceragon).
Implement dynamic routing (OSPF/BGP) and maintain reliable routing.
Collaborate with customers to diagnose and resolve issues.
