Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a seasoned Network & Security Solutions Architect to advise on Networking and Network Security across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will analyze, design, and implement complex solutions, leading projects with both technical and non‑technical teammates.

You will engage with customers, develop roadmaps, and act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, delivering clear presentations and documentation while staying current with industry trends and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree required; related work experience accepted.
• 5–7 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience consulting, designing, implementing, and integrating Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper and other networking technologies (Cloud WAN / SDWAN / SASE).
• Combined experience as Network Consultant, Operations, and Administration.
• Proficiency with design, implementation and configuration of cloud networking & security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementations including design, architecture analysis, deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and network engineering.
• Assist leadership with strategy and develops technical roadmaps for future Networking & Security services (e.g., Route/Switch, Cloud WAN, SDWAN, SASE).
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on customer projects/workshops and be accountable for outcomes.
• Collect, produce, and update deployment and design documentation.
• Develop, update, and continually improve Network & Security service offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor for technical sales teams and assist with opportunity discovery and scoping.
