Job summary

SHI's Network & Security Solutions Architects will serve as trusted advisors on Networking and Network Security, designing, implementing, and optimizing on-prem and hybrid solutions. This remote role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and clear communication across technical and executive stakeholders.

Candidates should have cloud, security, and data center experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to influence decisions. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–7 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3–5 years’ experience consulting, designing, implementing, and integrating Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and other networking technologies.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, architecture analysis, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of Networking & Security services.
• Lead customer projects and workshops as technical SME; develop roadmaps and offerings.
• Create documentation, reports, and presentations for engagements and internal use.
• Support sales teams with opportunities and solution scoping.
• Stay current with market trends and obtain applicable certifications.
