Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a results-driven Senior Analyst/Business Analyst to support design and delivery of new features for our real estate technology solutions. You will work with Product Owners and QA teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring timely delivery across agile sprints.

The candidate should have 5+ years in mortgage technology, strong communication skills, and deep MS Office/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in mortgage/technology/secondary market roles
• Experience as QA or technology analyst preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based systems, esp. Excel

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines
• Adjust plans as requirements or priorities change
• Assign tasks as directed by manager
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs for development and QA
