Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a mid-level AI Business Analyst to partner with tech and business teams in the Real Estate and mortgage services space. You will translate complex needs into actionable AI use cases, help design test plans, and lead QA, volume, and bias testing to ensure reliability and ethical integrity of AI models.

You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to enhance offerings, support AI initiatives, and align decisions with strategic goals while maintaining compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of analyst-level experience in the mortgage/real estate industry.
• Experience in Mortgage Servicing, preferably in Due Diligence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with backlog management and Agile methodologies.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, map processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Drive AI strategy and implement use cases aligned with transformation.
• Develop AI solutions, create agents/prompts, and ensure integration with systems.
• Oversee QA, volume, and bias testing of agents and test plans.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance offerings and AI-driven decisions.
• Support business personnel on AI initiatives.
