Job summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enablement and project management, along with strong communication skills. The position is remote, and applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Strategy, or similar role.
• Experience in building training programs and supporting sales organizations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into scalable enablement initiatives.
• Develop enablement roadmaps aligned with company objectives and sales priorities.
• Create change management strategies to help sellers adopt new processes.
