Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance or risk management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• High School diploma required.
• A proven experience handling insurance claims.
• Prior Senior Casualty experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex litigated auto and homeowners claims and shape strategy.
• Direct defense counsel and manage settlement opportunities within authority.
• Lead negotiations to achieve fair and timely resolutions while controlling defense costs.
• Coordinate with counsel on discovery plans, experts, and mediations.
• Prepare litigated case recommendations for IELT review.
• Secure authority up to the highest levels for resolution.
