Spring Health in the United States is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to turn complex automations into reliable, scalable solutions across core systems. You will work as a technical peer, shaping integration patterns and governance with Security and Compliance.

This role is fully remote within the US; you will own monitoring, incident response, and mentor others while expanding AI-powered workflows and vendor relationships.

Formación

• 7+ years in automation, integration, or IT systems engineering with hands-on delivery.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred).
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
• Design reusable automation patterns adopted by others.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver complex automations and integrations.
• Document approaches with options, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Identify structural causes and fix root issues.
• Develop reusable patterns and components.
• Guide application of technical principles with security/compliance.
• Own monitoring, alerting, incident response for automations.
• Escalation point for IT Systems Engineers and reduce volume over time.
• Build relationships with partners and vendors.
• Support growth through design reviews and training.
