Allegion seeks a Sr. Software Engineer on the Digital Manufacturing Team to define tools and processes for our digital product development. You will design and deliver innovative solutions while balancing delivery with platform reliability and security.

The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, cross-team collaboration with ERP/MES/SCADA/PLM systems, and applying AI-assisted SDLC enhancements. Hybrid work and US employment eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in design, development and integration of enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Azure, Angular/React preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise software across manufacturing and enterprise systems.
• Foster quality design, cross-team alignment and SDLC maturity.
• Mentor software engineers and collaborate with IT, product, security and DevOps teams.
• Identify risks and apply secure, scalable architecture and data practices.
• Deliver solutions using agile methodologies and AI-assisted tooling.
