Noor Staffing Group is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise mainframe programs in a fully remote, direct-hire capacity.

The role requires 12+ years of mainframe project leadership, active GDPS-related capabilities, and strong delivery management across Waterfall/Agile/hybrid methodologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with executives and external providers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing and leading complex mainframe projects.
• Active mainframe certification is required.
• Knowledge of GDPS and its use in mainframe programs.
• Experience delivering across Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models.
• Strong executive communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex mainframe projects end to end using appropriate delivery models.
• Coordinate multiple teams, remove blockers, drive alignment.
• Create reporting that controls execution and enables predictable delivery.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across enterprise scope and integrations.
• Serve as main point of contact for project status and decisions.
• Evaluate designs for scalability, latency, security, and data integrity.
• Communicate plans and progress to external technology providers.
