Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial contracts experience at a corporate or large firm.
• Ability to draft, negotiate, and analyze a wide range of complex agreements.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of residence with good standing.
• Strong references and professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate and revise broad commercial agreements.
• Handle procurement, vendor, technology licensing and marketing contracts.
• Support supply, logistics, services and customer-facing agreements.
• Collaborate with in-house legal and business teams on complex matters.
