Job description

Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join the legal department of a large North American logistics company. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and revising a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement and vendor, technology and software licensing, marketing and sponsorship, supply and logistics, professional and consulting services, and customer-facing sales agreements. Prior experience working at a large corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department is preferred.

Position Details Of The In-House Corporate Counsel

• Type of role: Permanent
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Location: On-site or hybrid in Dublin, Ohio is preferred; remote candidates will also be considered

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
