Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal National Support Engineer II to provide top-tier technical expertise across all current products, including PACS, VNA, Mobility, 3D Systems and Clinical Information Systems. You will lead major incident resolution, serve as SME, mentor junior engineers and drive escalations with development for timely, high-priority resolutions.

Based in the United States, this role requires deep technical prowess, cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Masters (preferred) with 6+ years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years experience or 10+ years overall.
• Leading Industry Certifications (Security+, VCP, CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution efforts end-to-end for the most critical customer cases.
• Act as a designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product areas.
• Deep technical contributor and primary interface for complex escalations across product lines.
• Mentor and guide junior technical support engineers to develop their skills.
• Provide advanced technical training to TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams.

Education

Masters (preferred) / Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience
