Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Technical Support Engineer, MI – II (Tier II) to provide remote support across Synapse product lines for HCUS customers. The role requires handling complex technical issues, documenting steps, and following TAC escalation procedures.

You will work outside normal hours, may travel short notice, and contribute to knowledge base articles while maintaining excellent customer service and timely case closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• One or more industry certifications (Microsoft/VMware/Cisco) preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Linux and PostgreSQL helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and remotely resolve Synapse product issues.
• Handle 3rd party hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with peers to solve complex problems and create solutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and follow TAC escalation processes.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and cross-functional cooperation.
