Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Improvement Advisor to advance quality, safety, and outcomes across Tribal, IHS, and Urban Indian settings in the Western United States.

You will lead improvement initiatives, apply improvement science, and mentor teams while coordinating with healthcare leaders, clinicians, and community partners. This remote role requires travel within the Western U.S. to visit facilities and provide onsite support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred; relevant healthcare quality/leadership experience may substitute.
• 7+ years of experience leading or supporting healthcare quality improvement, clinical operations, patient safety, performance improvement, accreditation, health system transformation, or related initiatives.
• Experience facilitating organizational change and healthcare transformation within complex healthcare environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting reporting, documentation, and contract deliverable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tribal, Indian Health Service (IHS), and Urban Indian healthcare organizations to improve quality, safety, patient experience, and health outcomes.
• Lead healthcare quality improvement initiatives using improvement science, data-driven decision making, and change management strategies.
• Provide coaching, technical assistance, facilitation, and education to support implementation and sustainability of improvement efforts.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, quality staff, Tribal leaders, and community partners.
• Guide project planning, implementation, documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizations in achieving measurable outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute subject matter expertise in healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare transformation.
