Job summary

Comagine Health seeks a Senior Improvement Advisor to drive quality improvement initiatives across Tribal, Indian Health Service (IHS), and Urban Indian health partners. This fully remote role emphasizes data-driven improvement, collaboration with clinicians, and sustainable change within complex healthcare settings.

Preference for candidates residing in the Western United States and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred; relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
• 7+ years of experience leading or supporting healthcare quality improvement.
• Experience facilitating organizational change and healthcare transformation within complex healthcare environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting reporting, documentation, and contract deliverable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tribal, Indian Health Service (IHS), and Urban Indian organizations to improve quality, safety, patient experience, and health outcomes.
• Lead healthcare quality improvement initiatives using improvement science, data-driven decision making, and change management strategies.
• Provide coaching, technical assistance, facilitation, and education to support implementation and sustainability of improvement efforts.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, quality staff, Tribal leaders, and community partners.
• Guide project planning, implementation, documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizations in achieving measurable outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute subject matter expertise in healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare transformation.
