Job summary

Comagine Health is hiring a Senior Improvement Advisor to lead advanced quality improvement initiatives for Tribal, IHS, and Urban Indian networks across the West. The role emphasizes collaboration with healthcare leaders to achieve measurable improvements in quality, safety, and patient experience.

Remote-first position with travel throughout the Western United States. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in healthcare quality, with Master’s preferred and CPQH/Six Sigma certifications as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare organizations to improve quality, safety, and patient experience.

• Build relationships with leaders, clinicians, and community partners.
• Guide project planning, reporting, and contract deliverables.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues in healthcare quality improvement.
