Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Improvement Advisor to advance quality, safety, and health outcomes across the Western United States. The role partners with Tribal, IHS, Urban Indian healthcare organizations, clinicians, and community partners to apply quality improvement science and change management in diverse settings.

This fully remote position requires reliable internet and travel throughout the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare quality improvementor related initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational change in complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tribal, IHS, and Urban Indian healthcare organizations to improve quality, safety, patient experience, and health outcomes.
• Lead healthcare quality improvement initiatives using improvement science, data-driven decision making, and change management strategies.
• Provide coaching, technical assistance, facilitation, and education to support implementation and sustainability of improvement efforts.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, quality staff, Tribal leaders, and community partners.
• Guide project planning, implementation, documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizations in achieving measurable outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute subject matter expertise in healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare transformation.
