Job summary

Comagine Health seeks a Senior Improvement Advisor to lead quality-improvement initiatives across Tribal, IHS, and Urban Indian settings in the Western United States. You will partner with leaders, clinicians, and community partners to apply improvement science and change management.

This fully remote role requires travel within the Western US, building relationships, guiding projects, and delivering measurable improvements in quality, safety, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred; relevant healthcare quality experience may substitute.
• 7+ years leading or supporting healthcare quality improvement or related initiatives.
• Experience facilitating organizational change in complex healthcare environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects with reporting and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IHS/Tribal/Urban Indian healthcare organizations to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
• Lead healthcare quality improvement initiatives using improvement science and data-driven methods.
• Provide coaching, facilitation, and education to support implementation and sustainability.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, and community partners.
• Guide project planning, documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables across initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute expertise in healthcare quality and transformation.
