Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Improvement Advisor to advance quality and patient safety across Tribal, IHS, and Urban Indian health programs in the Western United States. The role requires leading improvement initiatives, coaching teams, and building durable collaborations with diverse healthcare partners.

This fully remote position emphasizes data-driven strategies and change management to deliver measurable outcomes while enabling travel to clinical sites across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred; experience in lieu may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience leading or supporting healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating organizational change and healthcare transformation in complex environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and required deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tribal/IHS/Urban Indian organizations to improve quality, safety, patient experience, and health outcomes.
• Lead healthcare quality improvement initiatives using improvement science and data-driven decisions.
• Provide coaching, technical assistance, facilitation, and education to sustain improvement efforts.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, quality staff, and community partners.
• Guide project planning, implementation, documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute subject matter expertise in healthcare quality improvement.
