Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Executive to lead healthcare ground-up projects across the Southeast. This remote role owns operations from preconstruction to execution and serves as the executive liaison among clients, regional leadership, and project teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction operations and estimating, healthcare project expertise, and a proven record on complex projects $20M+.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction operations and estimating experience.
• Healthcare or Mission Critical experience required.
• Proven experience managing complex projects valued at or above $20MM.
• Expertise in Healthcare projects.
• Concrete experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
• Ability to travel 50-80% of the year.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build Teams: Proactively develop and motivate high-performing teams by communicating expectations and competencies to achieve optimal results.
• Align Preconstruction and Execution: Support Precon and Estimating teams by validating means, methods, sequencing, and crew logistics.
• Know the Project: Become deeply knowledgeable of contract requirements and project scope to deliver expected outcomes.
• Create Processes: Develop and implement project-specific processes to address unique project needs.
• Execute with Excellence: Plan and execute contractual requirements focusing on cost, schedule, quality, safety and reporting.
• Coordinate Resources: Define project needs and allocate field resources in alignment with schedule and budget.
• Lead Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Lead Teams: Drive operational excellence and accountability for peak productivity.
• Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with General Contractors, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate with Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Logistics Lead.
