ABOUT THE ROLE

They are seeking a highly motivated Project Executive / Market Leader to join their team in Greenville, SC The ideal candidate will come from an operations background and be a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for construction. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 12 staff.
• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain and build on client relationships
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years experience working for a commercial general contractor
• 4+ years experience working at a project executive level
• Experience within healthcare construction
