Job summary

Lithko Contracting is hiring a Project Executive (Remote) who will lead major industrial and mission critical projects. The role requires expertise in construction operations, project management, and team leadership. You will oversee projects from preconstruction to execution, ensuring that projects meet cost, schedule, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience, preferably with data centers and advanced manufacturing projects. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is also preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction operations and estimating experience.
• Data Center and Advanced Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex projects valued at or above $20MM.
• Expertise in industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Concrete experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• Support Precon and Estimating teams by validating methods.
• Become deeply knowledgeable of contract requirements and project scope.
• Develop and implement project-specific processes.
• Collaborate with key project leadership to execute contractual requirements.
• Define project needs and allocate field resources.
• Identify execution risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive operational excellence through effective leadership.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate regularly with key project leaders.
