Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, Global, to own our paid social and mobile user acquisition programs. You will manage substantial ad spend and drive ROI targets across multiple channels and markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience, with deep paid social & mobile UA expertise.
• Proven track record owning large-scale paid social budgets and driving efficiency.
• Strong technical aptitude; experience with LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation tools to prototype AI workflows.
• Analytical mindset; proficient with spreadsheets and BI tools to design tests and interpret results.
• Experience with mobile measurement, SKAN, and MOE partners; privacy-aware execution.
• B2C experience; fintech/crypto or high-value consumer products preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple geos, campaigns, tests, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global strategy and execution across paid social and mobile UA to hit aggressive user targets.
• Drive a rigorous testing agenda; translate results into scalable playbooks for global markets.
• Design experiments and incrementality tests with data science teams and MMP partners.
• Lead platform relationships with ad networks and measurement partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards for paid social and UA spend by geo, product, and channel.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Creative, Data Science, and regional teams.
