Job summary

Coinbase seeks a Performance Marketing Manager, Global, to own the end-to-end paid social and mobile user acquisition program worldwide. You will drive aggressive new-user acquisition, manage hundreds of millions in ad spend, and build scalable playbooks across markets.

You will partner with data science and analytics to design experiments, implement measurement, and deliver insights to leadership while collaborating across Product Marketing, Legal, Engineering and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with paid social and mobile UA.
• Experience owning large-scale budgets and ROI targets.
• Technical aptitude for AI tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global strategy across paid social and mobile UA.
• Lead testing and learning to scale playbooks across markets.
• Partner with Data Science to design experiments and measurement.
• Maintain dashboards and surface insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth plans.
