• Experience managing large budgets and ROI targets.
• Experience with AI tools and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset and BI skills.
• B2C fintech/crypto exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global strategy across paid social and mobile UA.
• Drive testing and learning agendas; scale playbooks.
• Partner with Data Science to design experiments and MMM/SKAN frameworks.
• Lead relationships with ad platforms and measurement partners.
• Build performance dashboards by geo, product, channel; surface insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, legal, engineering, data science, regional teams.
