Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Remote Liability Claims Examiner to manage high-end General Liability cases for major clients. You will develop defense strategies, partner with clients and legal counsel, and drive complex claims toward resolution while leveraging Sedgwick's global network.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience in high-exposure claims, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a remote work setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of General liability claims management experience required.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Review reports and forms; respond to inquiries and coordinate with clients.
• Handle high-end General Liability cases with serious injuries.
• Develop strategy with clients and counsel to reach resolution.
• Identify and pursue settlement opportunities.
• Coordinate with local counsel and manage external investigations.
• Attend mediations, trials, or hearings as needed.
• Support early return-to-work initiatives with partners.
