Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five years of General liability claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports and inquiries; seeks legal opinion and resolves cases.
• Handles high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage.
• Coordinates with client designees and documents required information.
• Requests private investigation; coordinates with local counsel.
• Attends mediations, trials, or hearings as needed.
• Coordinates with partners to affect early return-to-work.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and manages process.
