Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of General liability claims management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and forms; respond to inquiries; seek legal opinion and early resolution.
• Handle high-end General Liability cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios.
• Coordinate with client designees; monitor local counsel performance; respond to plaintiff's counsel and other requests.
• Identify issues and formulate defense strategy; establish accruals and approve expenses.
• Attend mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings as needed; support early return-to-work efforts.
