Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in PE/VC/real estate funds.
• 3+ years of people management experience including hiring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new fund administration clients with cross-functional teams.
• Manage implementation plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
