Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Manager, Fund Administration (Onboarding) to lead the successful onboarding of new fund administration customers, focusing on fund accounting and reporting setup. You will manage client relationships throughout implementation and help shape the onboarding function to deliver a best-in-class initial experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project plans, review client documents and data, and ensure high-quality configurations before handing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, and/or real estate funds.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience with customer onboarding, data migration, or implementations in a fund administration or fin-tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new fund administration customers with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project plans and onboarding milestones for timely deliverables.
• Interface with clients to ensure outstanding onboarding experience.
• Serve as technical accounting expert during onboarding.
• Improve onboarding workflows and drive efficiencies.
• Oversee collection and review of client documents and financial data.
• Verify data integrity and final setup before handoff to ongoing service teams.
• Identify product development opportunities from onboarding feedback.
