Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP's FAO practice seeks an experienced Client Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of outsourced accounting for a diverse client portfolio. The role oversees client communications, system setup, and data updates to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate reporting.

The manager will lead domestic and offshore teams, monitor engagement performance, and drive process improvements while maintaining exceptional client service and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA preferred and 7+ years of accounting experience with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and initial delivery of outsourced accounting services and financial reporting for a portfolio of client engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members.
• Oversee client onboarding activities, including system setup, project planning, and process implementation.
• Review management reporting packages, financial statements and reconciliations.
• Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, KPI development and management reporting.
