Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Sr Mngr, Full Stack Clinical Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate production-grade Generative AI and ML solutions that support Global Development Digital Transformation.

The role bridges data engineering and applied AI, coordinating with Regulatory, IT, and Clinical Operations to build compliant data platforms and AI-enabled pipelines in regulated life sciences environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science, biomedical informatics, statistics, or related field; MS with 6+ years experience preferred.
• 5–7 years leading data engineering solutions in life sciences or healthcare with end-to-end delivery accountability.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11 and clinical data standards (CDISC, HL7, FHIR).

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical and operational problems into AI solutions from framing to production deployment.
• Design MLOps/LLMOps pipelines to deploy and manage large language models in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and fine-tune Generative AI models and apply modern techniques where appropriate.
• Develop scalable data and ML pipelines for ingestion, validation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
